I treat design much like ghostwriting — my role is to capture your voice and personality, not my own, and to translate an organisation’s values into visual form. Because good design does more than look good — it communicates purpose and consistency.

I entered the training space not by following a path, but by creating one.

My first client was myself: after nineteen unsuccessful airline cabin crew interviews (yes, nineteen). Instead of accepting defeat, I cracked open corporate reports and regulatory manuals, then reverse-engineered the recruitment process. 20th interview, I succeeded and earned a place aboard Emirates cabin crew training programme in Dubai.

That “homework” turned into The Cabin Crew Interview Made Easy — a book that created a market where none existed. (seven editions, over 10,000 copies sold in 2019).

Seven editions later, that book has become Crew Crosscheck: a full-scale, LMS-powered cabin crew interview ground school that distils three decades of research, coaching, and lived experience into training that actually sticks.
