16 WEEK ELITE BODY SCULPTING & RECOMPOSITION PROGRAM

Following my experience competing in a bodybuilding competition, I developed DreamCurves — a comprehensive body recomposition programme designed for individuals looking to lose the last 10 pounds of body fat, build lean muscle, and achieve a balanced, sustainable physique. The project included 35 colourful guidebooks, 76 audio lessons, interactive worksheets, custom calculators, presentations, and a range of supporting digital tools to help users track progress and stay motivated. Below is a prototype showcasing the programme’s design, structure, and user experience.
Logo and Branding Design

The DreamCurves logo features an upside-down heart as its centrepiece, symbolising the female form — accentuating the curves of the hips and a tapered waist. Integrated into the design is a small dumbbell, representing the strength and empowerment that come from weight training — a core component of the programme.

Experiential Learning
Grounded in real-world experience

Experiential learning has been a consistent foundation across projects, ensuring that training solutions are grounded in lived experience rather than abstract theory.
Completed a 16-week personal transformation, progressing from an untrained state to competing in a bodybuilding competition. This firsthand experience provided deep understanding of training progression, nutrition strategies, recovery protocols, and the psychological challenges involved, directly informing the design and development of the program.
